Let's Hear It

Alright. I have told you about some of the books I have read and liked. Now it's your turn to do the same.

In the comments, tell me your favorite book, three books that you would like to read and the worst school book that you ever read.

If you don't have a favorite, you can just tell me a book that you have recently read.

Here are mine:

Fave: Marley (don't have a fave, but I really liked this one)

WTR(want to read): Kit: A Thief in the Theatre; AG Cluter Control; AG True Stories

WSB (worst school book): Black Ships Before Troy!!!!!!

Have fun!

This is tough. I am reading "Dead Heat" by Joel Rosenberg and it is one of the best books I have ever read.

I want to read Vince Flynn's new book, (don't remember the name) also Don Brown (not Dan) is a favorite Christian author I like to read. One more? "Now I Lay My Issac Down" is another one on my list.

The worst book I ever read? Probably "War and Peace".

Hi, Princess. I read your mom's blog (don't think I've ever commented there though) and scoot over here and check yours out sometimes. I think you are a very good writer and very amusing. YOu make me laugh.

You have hit on a topic near and dear to my heart (books), so I thought I'd chime in. :o)

My very favorite book is "Anne of Green Gables." I first read it when I was about 11 or 12. I tend to skim over the flowery parts whenever I read it....the parts where Anne goes on and on about how something looks or whatever. Those parts do tend to bore me a little. But, since I just skim them to make sure I don't miss anything important, they aren't too bad. I've read the whole "Anne" series several times.

I love the Harry Potter books.

I read "The Year of Miss Agnes" to my daughter this year. We really liked it. It's a fiction book about a teacher and her students in Alaska. We also enjoyed "Understood Betsy", "Homer Price", "Mr. Popper's Penguins", and "Follow My Leader." All very good books.

Oh, some books I thought were funny when I was your age are the Great Brain books by John D. Fitzgerald. They are really good.

I do read books for grown-ups too. LOL I'm reading "Shepherding A Child's Heart" by Tedd Tripp right now which is excellent. But I don't think it would interest you that much. :o)

Happy Reading!
Heather :o)

Once upon a Marigold.
2. Inkdeath, Brisinger, and... The ninth clique book.
3. The (Lovely.) Adfventures of Tom Saywer. -.- I hate that book with every fiber of my being.
